We got great value for our money at The Postage Stamp Cabin. The room was clean and homely, and the location was perfect for visiting our friends and enjoying family activities nearby. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was having a wider variety of options.

Lovely stay overall, with a mind-blowing enclosed garden and super accommodating hosts who allowed our dog last minute. The communication was jaw-droppingly awesome and the surrounding countryside was absolutely stunning. Great base for exploring the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley areas. The cabin itself was well presented and comfortable, with a private garden and gas BBQ. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and cosy atmosphere, despite the stormy weather. The bathroom was perfect and the shower was warm and wet. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking, eating, and relaxing. The location was convenient, near various attractions and amenities. Our hosts were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The lodge was beautiful and clean, with thoughtful touches that catered to all our needs, including bike racks and a hose pipe for cleaning our bikes. The location was ideal, just a short drive from various attractions and supermarkets.

The Postage Stamp Cabin was a great find for our family vacation. The location off the A40 was convenient for exploring the area. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering stay, including a thoughtful curtain separating the double bed area from the lounge. The outdoor space and BBQ facilities were a bonus and we appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation. The friendly owners even met us upon arrival and provided us with helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options.
Additionally, there were a few minor details in the guest book that needed updating, but this did not affect our overall experience.

The private parking was great, I could leave my Lamborghini safely. The balcony provided a splendid view of the charming A40 traffic. Towels were graciously offered, although they couldn't quite hide the lack of spa facilities.
Oh, I missed having a world-class spa. How was I supposed to survive without a personal masseuse?
